 <td align="left">Title: Registered Nurse- Hospice Central Intake/Triage Location: Oregon-Portland Job Number:_19229 Providence is calling a full-time Registered Nurse- Hospice Central Intake/Triage for a day shift position at Providence Mall 205 in Portland, OR. In this position, you will: * Be main access point for all Providence Hospice customers (to include, but not limited to: current patients, current patient?s family members, physicians, physician office staff, Inquiries, etc.). With new referrals, the Central Intake and Triage Nurse may arrange prescribed services with the physician, payor, patient/caregiver, and provider to ensure that services are provided in a timely and coordinated fashion. * Also process triage calls from existing patients/caregivers, addressing clinical issues when appropriate and forwarding to individual team supervisors as necessary. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: * Current Oregon RN license. * Bachelor''s degree in related field may be considered. * Competency in keyboarding. * In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR, criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. Preferred qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor''s degree in Nursing * Call Center experience preferred.
