<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse- Hospice Central Intake/Triage<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_19229<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Registered Nurse- Hospice Central Intake/Triage for a day shift position at Providence Mall 205 in Portland, OR.<BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Be main access point for all Providence Hospice customers (to include, but not limited to: current patients, current patient?s family members, physicians, physician office staff, Inquiries, etc.).
