               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse-Pediatric Phone Triage/Advice Nurse<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_18992<BR>Providence is calling a full-time Registered Nurse-Pediatric  Phone Triage/Advice for a day shift position at Providence Mother Joseph Plaza in Portland, OR.<BR><BR>In this position, you will:<BR><BR>* Apply the knowledge, skills and experience in the provision of care via the telephone. This includes delivery of care in the form of triage, advice, referral, and patient education in the ambulatory care setting. Have an enhanced level of expertise in the assessment of patient needs, determination of level of care, and implementation of plan appropriate to the situation.<BR>* Be expected to work closely with physicians and all other members of the health system staff, requiring excellent communication, teaching, and negotiating skills with a high expectation of total confidentiality when working with sensitive information.<BR>* Coordinate and manage clinical activities.
