Communicates with staff, customers/clients, realtors, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolves problem and obtain additional documents needed to complete the request in a timely manner. <BR><BR>Primary job duties:<BR>Supports the business lines by preparing documentation to remove U.S. Bank''s lien from collateral used to secure commercial loans. Verifies that outgoing documentation for lien releases is in compliance with bank policy and procedures, regulatory guidelines, and county and state statutes. Communicates with staff, customers/clients, realtors, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolves problem and obtain additional documents needed to complete the release request in a timely manner.
