               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Reporting Analyst - Nike Sustainable Manufacturing and Sourcing<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00065638<BR><BR>As our Reporting Analyst, you&#39;ll help deliver business and reporting solutions, at the right time, for the right processes and in the right way to enable optimal reporting for Nike Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing allowing the business to make informed sourcing decisions. You&#39;ll be involved in information flow design, system configuration and our functional requirements documentation. You&#39;ll be responsible for delivering database & reporting solutions from a variety of data streams through a diverse set of reporting vehicles. You&#39;ll also be responsible for data analysis; providing report design standards; providing reporting and data mapping; creating context and process diagrams; documenting data requirements, functional specifications and business and system use cases; and working with a global user base to document user operating instructions. In addition, you&#39;ll influence and communicate with business partners on the vision of our reporting systems at a strategic and tactical level and you&#39;ll train users on the systems to allow them to be self-sufficient. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* <BR>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant subject area<BR>* <BR>2 years&#39; direct relevant work experience<BR>* <BR>Additional 2 years&#39; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree<BR>* <BR>Experience creating data warehouse environments to meet database reporting requirements<BR>* <BR>Advanced to Expert technical expertise with T-SQL, .NET and Visual Studio (including Reporting Services)<BR>* <BR>Experience creating custom reports and analyses from data warehouse environments to meet cross-functional business requirements<BR>* <BR>Advanced to Expert Excel skills<BR>* <BR>Ability to look at queries and stored procedures, build functions, manipulate data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses and make recommendations to meet the needs of various end users<BR>* <BR>Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources<BR>* <BR>Effective verbal and written communication skills<BR>* <BR>Must have a strong ability to clearly articulate policies and instructions<BR>* <BR>Must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment<BR>* <BR>Must have the ability to travel up to 5%<BR><BR>Job: Information Technology                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
