Primary responsibilities include providing essential support services for faculty, students, and fellows studying the underlying molecular mechanisms in ischemic brain injury using but not limited to the following techniques: quantitative PCR and micro RNA arrays, molecular cloning, gel electrophoresis and immunoblot analysis. The selected candidate will also play a pivotal role in maintaining the laboratory equipment and supplies and providing logistical support to other lab personnel, in addition to aiding in data collection for grant and publication submissions.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Requirements include a Bachelor?s Degree with major courses in field of research or; RN or; allied health professional; highly motivated; excellent organizational skills; detail orientations; proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and some experience using molecular techniques for DNA, RNA and protein analysis.
