The KCTO provides a central location for policies, procedures, and systems to aid investigators and research groups with respect to trial development, execution, and oversight.<BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> 1.0 FTE; Salary: Commensurate with education and experience; Location: Center for Health and Healing, South Waterfront<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> The KCTO Clinical Trials Auditor evaluates clinical trial conduct to ensure research integrity and compliance with institutional policies, state and federal regulations, and Guidelines to Good Clinical Practice. The Clinical Trials Auditor, utilizing clearly defined expectations and effective communication skills, provides direction to investigators to strengthen their research and ensure regulatory and protocol compliance. The Clinical Trials Auditor also works directly with Knight Leadership, the Chair of the Data Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC) and the DSMC Membership to facilitate the review of clinical trial data and audit findings as outlined in the Knight Data Safety Monitoring Plan.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing; a minimum 5 years clinical research experience; a minimum of 3 years oncology experience; deep knowledge and experience with ICH GCP guidelines; excellent record of time management and setting appropriate priorities; excellent communication skills; self-starter with ability to work independently but collaboratively; strong critical thinking skills; strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking capabilities; detail oriented while still seeing the ?big picture?; solution-oriented approach to issues; and a current RN license.
