The company has enjoyed steady growth since its inception in 1982 and provides services from a network of ten offices located in California, Oregon and Washington. Our clientele is comprised of a balanced mix of private and public sector businesses, with predominance towards the industrial manufacturing, transportation, department of defense and utility marketplaces.<BR><BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>The Resource & Logistics Manager will direct and oversee Portland’s compliance with the following:<BR><BR>1. Direct responsibility for all licensing and permits (DOT). Being sure they are current and updated in all units as needed.<BR>2. Responsibility for the documentation and tracking of maintenance on all land based equipment.<BR>3. Oversight and maintenance of CDL Driver’s Files (A, B & C or specialized endorsements) & Log Books; including submittal, accuracy and entry into tracking database for DOT compliance. Addressing all discrepancies/issues immediately.<BR>4. Provide support to field operations (Supervisors/PM’s) as requested.<BR>5. Must enforce company standards of conduct, performance & safety.<BR>6. Oversee and direct the work flow of equipment maintenance (Mechanics) and Yard/Warehouse (Facilities Maintenance Spvr) as it relates to the individual job’s functions and responsibilities which may be redefined as necessary by the Operations Manager.<BR>7. Administer preventative and corrective maintenance program including the planning and scheduling of all maintenance functions for vehicles and equipment<BR>8. Maintain all records associated with equipment maintenance and operations.<BR>9. Responsible for the neat and orderly storage of equipment and supplies throughout the facility.<BR>10. Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and administration of all facilities.<BR>11. Supervise fulltime employees and standby employees as assigned by the Operationsl Manager.<BR>12. Maintain and update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).<BR>13. Maintains company security policies and assures that NRC Employees are not misusing or abusing equipment.<BR>14. Train Drivers in correct operational procedures.<BR>15. Maintain Driver training records for all divisional offices<BR>16. Review all Driver Logs (Rapid Log) for 6 month period<BR>17.
