You will research and analyze internal and external data, track and analyze category destination door retail performance; track and analyze seasonal bookings and key markets, key doors, and key initiatives. You will identify trends and opportunities for increased revenue and profit for the category and identify trends and opportunities for increased revenue and profit for category strategic geographies, territories and partners. You will enable integrated category plans, develop sales tools, offer support, and key materials to support category GTM and category initiatives. You will respond to and support territory needs and requirements as effectively and efficiently as possible. You will also will ensure pipe alignment of seasonal direction and tools to meet the requirements of all territories. You will drive the sales planning process and seasonal reporting and you will execute the seasonal forecasting process across all geographies and develop creative new business metrics and reports to support the business. <BR><BR>The main focus of this role will include:<BR>* You will prepare and distribute market intelligence reports to Sales Management in order to drive actionable responses and ensure management is educated on the use and interpretation of retail point of sale data.<BR>* You will perform point of sale forecast analyses based on historical performance, overall trends, and targeted financial metrics.<BR>* You will perform retail trend analyses based across key markets, price points, and seasonal initiatives. <BR>* You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing data validation processes to ensure data integrity. <BR>* You will support ad hoc reporting requests as needed.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>* Bachelor's degree<BR>* 3 years' experience in merchant buying, allocating, planning<BR>* Strong analytical skills<BR>* Strong system knowledge of Excel, Power Point<BR>* Ability to work in a fast paced team environment<BR>* Proficient information seeking skills and drive for results and effectively manage multiple priorities<BR>* Ability to share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to management<BR>* Must have the ability to follow-through and meet timelines<BR><BR>Job: Sales </font></td>
