If you crave international experience, DTNA''s parent company, Daimler AG, provides opportunities for overseas placements and travel.<BR><BR>Daimler Trucks North America - Where great people do great things!<BR><BR>?<BR>Job Functions<BR><BR>- The purpose of this position is to manage both tactically and strategically the sales of Daimler proprietary components to commercial vehicle customers through the assigned region distribution channel. The assigned region is based in Dallas, TX, covering Freightliner sales districts 34 and 35 (primarily Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi) . Promote the adoption of Daimler components by assigned customers within the region. Assist region and dealer sales teams in planning and coordinating sales activity, and assist in consummating sales as appropriate through engagement of dealers and customers. Monitor and report district and region dealer performance of Daimler component sales. Coordinate activity of Daimler''s technical organization with assigned region dealers and customers to provide effective support of proprietary component sales efforts. Responsible for investigating and qualifying customer performance issues, and coordinating technical support, as needed, to fully identify causes for customer concerns and to communicate Daimler''s assessment of situation and corrective action recommendations.
