In addition this position will support sales and marketing efforts at both the Sales Agency and Distributor levels based on Region Manager direction. Secures/maintains compliance sales and marketing activity with Lamb Weston controlled large leverage operators in the commercial and non-commercial operator marketplace. Executes against company objectives with regards to new product introductions and innovation. Manages the sales forecasting and administrative activity resulting from successful operator sales placements. Executes and participates in the development of a comprehensive strategic plan to deliver company expectations for the assigned market.<BR><BR>The Sales Representative II will be responsible to increase market share, improve profitability, and build sustainable growth for the organization. This position will contribute to delivering/exceeding the company?s sales and profit goals. This individual is responsible for developing, maintaining and servicing strong relationships and partnerships across multiple functional areas with key distributors, operators, and regional chain accounts. Located in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA.<BR>Position Responsibilities General Responsibilities<BR>? Assist Region Manager with distributor sales training<BR>? Assist Region Manager with Sales Agency Training and sales support<BR>? Develop strong relationships with key distributor personnel via work-withs and independent sales presentations on distributors behalf<BR>? Make regular calls on target Large Leverage Operators in assigned territory<BR>? Manage and direct Agencies with regards to Large Leverage Operators with regards to compliance<BR><BR>Business Planning & Strategy Responsibilities<BR>? Develop and execute local sales strategies across various operator channels in assigned territory<BR>? Deliver and audit assigned objectives for both employee and Agency Representatives<BR>? Execute customer division-level and local programs as outlined by the local/regional distributors and/or the Corporate Account Managers<BR>? Develop and implement operator merchandising programs focusing on ampliFRY, LTO?, customized POS etc.<BR>? Ensure the success of new products through implementation of nationally focused promotions and programming<BR>? Work with the supporting team to develop action plans to build volume in non-compliant areas and to close key operator opportunities<BR>Financial Management Responsibilities<BR>? Manage monies outlined for travel and distributor trade budgets<BR>? Coordinate and communicate information that will assist the Region Manager in managing the trade budget including approvals, reviewing, and updating<BR><BR>Other Responsibilities<BR>?
