Ability to develop implement and maintain paper and computer-based tools for scheduling, tracking and reporting data<BR>Desired skills Additional experience with residential, commercial, and/or industrial energy efficiency desired<BR>Specific Job Description Job location: Portland OR office<BR><BR>The Multifamily Outreach Lead will work with client, contractors (Trade Allies), property owners, and program outreach, technical, and other quality assurance staff to deliver the multifamily energy efficiency program to eligible customers in the state of Oregon.<BR><BR>Job Description:<BR>? Implement and support program outreach strategy<BR>? Clearly articulate the program offerings; qualify leads; and assists facility owners/managers in determining potential EE improvements<BR>? Conduct walk-thru surveys of facilities<BR>? Conduct pre and post-installation inspections<BR>? Actively support Program Manager and Trade Ally Manager in day-to-day outreach with Trade Allies and customers in the multi-family market<BR>? Trade Ally technical support and trainings development in conjunction with other Client and program staff<BR>? Actively engage appropriate trade groups and associations<BR>? Work with business development staff/marketing staff to coordinate speaking engagements<BR>? Represent program at applicable target market meetings as required<BR>? Deliver site specific program collateral materials and group tenant education trainings as required<BR>? Works with operations and project coordination staff to populate client-provided database to provide accurate project forecasting/market knowledge, project documentation (forms, invoices, W9s)<BR>Standard Job Description Responsible for the sale of company products and/or services to assigned accounts or within a given territory. Makes and develops contacts with existing and potential customers. Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products and services to fill such requirements. Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans. Conducts sales presentations. Maintains up-to-date and accurate sales records. Maintains technical proficiency and consults with prospective customers regarding use of company products and services. Quotes prices and delivery dates and demonstrates and provides instruction on the use of products. Keeps informed of new products and other information of interest to customers. Investigates new applications or improvements to products. Provides marketing intelligence to sales management and may participate in the development of sales forecasts and strategies.<BR>S </font></td>
