               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">JOB SUMMARY:  ' Supervise and coordinate the activities of sanitation workers.   ' Correctly and effectively provide sanitation solutions to eliminate food contaminates with properly applied techniques in the food processing plant.  ' Meet and exceed HACCP, USDA, FDA, QA and all written Ajinomoto Frozen Foods Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures ('SSOP').  ' Regularly monitor all safety related performance activities to reduce and eliminate the potential for employee accidents and/or injury during the sanitation process.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  ' Begin sanitation operations as soon as possible after each production room has finished daily production.  ' Plan sanitation workers daily assignments by identifying key individuals and placement in key positions to ensure regular quality performance results.  ' Cross-train employees to facilitate best practices to meet and exceed daily objectives.  ' Complete all daily sanitation records required by the SSOP program.  ' Direct sanitation crew in proper sanitation process of manufacturing and entire plant operating areas.  ' Confer and communicate with Production Supervisors, SKT, Plant Superintendent, and/or QA/QC department to receive requests and exchange other information pertinent to the sanitation process.  ' Must ensure sanitation guidelines and equipment meets or exceeds USDA, FDA, State, HACCP and QA standards.  ' Train and verify that sanitation workers follow OR-OSHA safety guidelines, GMP and ISO 9001 standards.  ' Promote, ensure and comply with all company policies, procedures and safety programs necessary to reduce and eliminate personal injury caused by the improper chemical applications and/or improper use of personal protective equipment (PPE's).     QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:  ' Currently this position has supervisory responsibilities over all sanitation employees.  ' Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university; High School Diploma or (GED) and at least three to five years directly related food manufacturing sanitation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience       LICENCES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS:  ' Chemical Safety (required)                         ' First Aid/CPR (required)    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:   - Pass pre-employment drug test and background check                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
