Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>This position will manage technical BSAs and engineers who enhance and support the NIKE SAP portal, composite applications and other SAP netweaver solutions. You are responsible for leading and coaching the team members, resolving issues and defining technical strategies for NIKE&#39;s use of the SAP toolsets. This includes developing the individuals on the team and ensuring that project timelines are met while maintaining the quality of deliverables. Projects span all technical aspects of NIKE SAP netweaver solutions.<BR><BR>Additionally you are part of a team that ensures that all technical teams utilize best practices for software development and that our organization continues to develop internal processes to predictably deliver quality products.<BR><BR>In this role, you&#39;ll manage employees and contractors and will be accountable for the performance and results of your team. You&#39;ll adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. You will apply management expertise to set direction and resolve problems while identifying and resolving technical and organizational problems. You will develop and communicate strategies related to the SAP Portals, SAP Composition Environment (CE) and other SAP Netweaver solutions. You will coach staff, support development, make hiring decisions, and drive performance management, recognition and rewards. You will develop action plans and processes, in coordination with your management team, to meet major goals and objectives. In addition, you will provide problem solving and issue resolution with internal and external resources. You will coach and lead your team to develop sound technical solutions and strategies. You will lead and work with vendors to ensure that code deliverables are met. You will help define and enforce governance and systems development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
