This Manager role will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and support of the SAP functionality for order processing, (including credit, pricing, rebates and ATP), Allocation, shipping, warehouse management, billing, returns. The Manager will oversee a team of business analysts who will work closely with sales, customer service, distribution and other business users to identify and analyze business requirements, recommend appropriate process designs within the ERP system and lead enhancement projects.<BR><BR>We are seeking a leader with the vision of Order-to-Cash efficiencies, expertise in industry best practices, and the foresight to develop and govern a global design.<BR><BR>Essential Functions/Responsibilities:<BR>&bull;Identify business requirements and develop the ERP Blueprint design within the areas of Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Allocation, ATP, Outbound Logistics, Direct Ship, VAS, Warehousing, and Billing<BR>&bull;Develop work plans to support blueprint, realization, and final preparation activities for the SAP Order-to-Cash team<BR>&bull;Senior analyst responsible for Order-to-Cash design and functionality in SAP <BR>&bull;Manage team of internal and external resources.<BR>&bull;Team development and involvement in hiring, as needed, to build a strong internal SAP team<BR>&bull;Develop and review business process maps, design documents, and development/enhancement requests<BR><BR>Secondary Functions: <BR>&bull;Evaluate software <BR>&bull;Lead process reviews and improvement initiatives <BR>&bull;Develop business cases including ROI<BR>&bull;Negotiate with vendors <BR><BR>Supervisory Responsibility:<BR>Job includes supervisory responsibility for several IT business analyst supply chain personnel and consultants.
