As the Scrum Master for Nike Digital focused on consumer-facing technology projects, you will enable our digital vision by orchestrating delivery success and optimal project communications, tools and logistics across all involved.<BR><BR>If you're the one for this role, you'll be joining the Nike Consumer Digital Technology organization. At Nike, it's about bringing what you have to a challenging and constantly evolving game.<BR><BR>You'll be a trusted member of our team with the following responsibilities:<BR>* Evangelize Scrum and advance Agile capability within Digital Sport<BR>* Work with cross-discipline Scrum delivery teams to optimize practices and maximize performance<BR>* Work with Program Managers, Engineering Directors, Product Owners and other technical and business disciplines in a matrixed organization to clear obstacles for Scrum teams<BR>* Manage and augment existing Scrum data collection, modeling and reporting systems, including sprint goals, daily burndown, sprint actuals<BR>* Manage technology project plans, change requests, dependencies, risks, and budget.<BR>* Enable delivery of world-class consumer-facing web, mobile, device experiences across development teams, business sponsors, and creative agencies.<BR>* Provide transparency on commitments (scope, cost, schedule), risks, and confidence level<BR>* Manage expectations & risk by leveraging agile tools including information radiators, short frequent iterations, measuring results & continuous improvement<BR>* Partner with business partners, teammates, architecture, and technology product managers to create and maintain a digital roadmap <BR>* Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and process methodologies. Determine how they might influence our business processes, tools, and systems - what we deliver and how.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:<BR>* Bachelors' degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field<BR>* Background in project management, business analysis, user experience, or engineering<BR>* Certified ScrumMaster preferred, other Scrum certification </font></td>
