Learn more atwww.abm.com.<BR><BR>Security Officer<BR><BR>Our ABM Security Division has a fantastic employment opportunity for customer focused, mature, reliable and professional people who can perform a variety of security and safety related functions with the focus on observing, reporting, and providing first line of response to emergencies and carry out the policies and procedures of our Client. <BR><BR>Job Duties:<BR>* Maintain constant, mobile random and unsystematic surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility.<BR>* Provide appropriate assistance as needed to Clients, their employees, guests, and visitors in an expedient and professional manner.<BR>* Assure that only authorized persons enter our Client building/facility.<BR>* Promote an overall security and safety awareness throughout the assigned area of responsibility.<BR>* Complete all Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Supplemental Reports, and other written documents pertinent to the day-to-day activities of the employee&rsquo;s assigned tasks and responsibilities in the manner required.<BR>* Responsible for the care and control of radios, keys, and other equipment assigned.<BR>* Responsible of the proper processing and care of all found or otherwise impounded property.<BR>* Be alert for persons engaging in prohibited behavior on the property.<BR>* Promote good public relations through courteous, helpful, and professional contact with tenants and guests to Client property.<BR>* Enforce rules and policies of the property.<BR>* Observe and report safety hazards.<BR>* Perform duties of a Security Officer, as applicable.<BR>* Perform all additional duties as assigned by Management.<BR>Requirements:<BR>* Must have a HS Diploma or GED.<BR>* Previous security experience or customer service experience required.<BR>* Clean criminal background.<BR>* Good communication skills.<BR>* Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.<BR>* Must have reliable transposition to get to and from work.<BR>Additional Information:<BR>* Hourly Rate:$10.00; depending on experience, location and flexibility to work varying shifts.<BR>* Part time On call<BR>* Benefits Offered:  Medical, dental, & vision, 401K, employee stock purchase plan, direct deposit, and vacation pay!  <BR>ABM IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT O                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
