<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Title: Senior Accountant - Grant COE<BR>Area of Interest: Accounting/Finance<BR><BR>Job Description: <BR>Summary:<BR>The Senior Accountant, Restricted Funds will work in the General Accounting division of the Shared Services Center located in Charlotte, NC. This position will be part of the SSC Special Funds Group and will provide grant accounting and financial reporting for government contracts. This position will also assist on the A133 Audit.This is a remote position and will be located in Portland, Oregon.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>The Senior Accountant will:<BR>• Prepare cost reimbursements for federal contracts<BR>• Prepare internal management reports for federal contracts<BR>• Prepare PARs (Program Activity Report) for federal contracts to track and monitor the program's current month, year to date and life of project activity.<BR>• Assist with uploading all A-133 audit support documentation to eRoom<BR>• Assist Senior Financial Analysts with various projects and reporting needs<BR>• Provide assistance on the year-end A-133 Audit and Consolidated Audit<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications: Qualifications:<BR>Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree in the field of accounting, finance or business along with 3-5 years of work experience in general accounting or financial reporting. Experience in federal government reporting is preferred. Candidates must have strong skills using Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Oracle and Business Objects is a plus.
