<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***Registration in iMatchSkills required for referral to this position; go to www.imatchskills.com*** REQUIREMENTS: *3 years of experience of administrative support at a Sr. Management/Executive level required OR any work experience and/or training that would likely provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position *Proficiency with word processing, Word, spreadsheet, Excel, and email software PREFERRED: *Experience within the healthcare community and with contracts and documentation *Type 60 words per minute *Familiarity with Outlook, database, Access, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio software JOB DUTIES: *Exercise judgment, personal initiative and discretion to perform complex administrative work with particular attention to detail *Provide administrative support to the Director (and other Departments and activities for which the Director has responsibility) including projects in Communications, Sales and Marketing, Medicare, business development, and strategic planning. *Scan provider contracts and store in DMS Contracts repository. *Maintain provider file documentation and assist in contract preparation, revision, and mailings as needed. *Prepare and deliver the electronic PCP Assignment Rosters to the various provider offices throughout the provider network in an accurate and timely fashion. *Assist with Care Support and System Innovation (CSSI) as needed, including program applications, annual conference, meetings, and other program documentation.. *Establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders contacted in the course of work. *Analyze, collect, prepare and distribute appropriate materials for meetings as assigned. *Initiate data collection, maintains related databases and uses word processing and spreadsheet software to produce reports, documents, spreadsheets, charts and graphs *Collaborates with others within the organization to ensure the integration of assigned program activities with other organizational programs, as directed. *Collaborate with other staff members to accomplish functions essential to the company.
