               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in Portland, OR. <BR><BR>Daily Responsibilities: <BR>* Elicit and document requirements from business partners <BR>* Research and assist in selecting appropriate technical solutions <BR>* Logical system design <BR>* Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. <BR>* General application of business analyst concepts and principles. <BR>* Full use and application of standard Business Analysis principles, theories, concepts, and techniques <BR>* Create Specific Measurable Business Objectives (with partners) <BR>* Create Requirements Documentation in accordance with company techniques <BR>* Develop Agile User Stories <BR>* Create -the system shall- Functional Requirements Statements <BR>* Create Use Cases <BR>* Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases <BR>* Identify Interfaces and System Integration Points <BR>* Develop Logical Design and coordinate the production of Physical System Specification Document <BR>* Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. <BR>* Develop and Learn functional expertise in assigned field within the company. <BR>* Frequently contributes to the development of new processes and practices to contribute to the Business Analyst and Solution Consulting Knowledge Base. <BR>* Use consultative skills to enhance delivery of applications that meet current and future business needs. <BR>* Develops long lasting partnerships with our business customers as measured by customer satisfaction scores                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
