The Consumer Insights and Digital Marketing capability is core to serving our consumers whenever, wherever they want in a best-in-class personalized experience and central to our vision of Knowing to Serve.<BR><BR>As our Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) you will bring a broad experience of successfully creating and delivering value that enables Nike to increase productivity, realize efficiencies and build profitable customer experiences. You will play a key role in the functional design and development of new business intelligence capabilities, working closely with the business insights and digital marketing teams. You'll be instrumental in driving requirements definition, solution options, and lead stakeholder discussions and capability definition. You'll collaborate with Application Engineers and business partners to bring the Nike brand to our consumers through compelling story telling and unique products and services. You'll also help expand Nike's online presence to new geographies across the world.<BR><BR>In addition to those general role responsibilities, you'll need some specific experience and have some specific accountabilities, including: <BR>* Partners with business partners to elicit and refine business requirements<BR>* Identifies, analyzes, defines, and documents detailed requirements to support project and business objectives<BR>* Conducts and/or participates in the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements<BR>* Perform data and process analysis to understand key source systems and using knowledge of application features and functions to assess scope and impact of business needs<BR>* Evaluates existing and new application products that could address client requirements<BR>* Collaborates with user experi </font></td>
