You&#39;ll get to work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting collaboration and innovation.<BR><BR>To be considered, you&#39;ll bring the following:<BR>* Success in designing and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, customer and user ethnography, task and workflow analysis<BR>* Adaptability in determining appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards<BR>* Successfully elicit from appropriate suppliers all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)<BR>* Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months)<BR>* Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment<BR>* Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills<BR>* Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes<BR>* Experience in Lean process improvement efforts<BR>* Experience in designing and configuring SAP to effectively and successfully deliver customer value<BR>* A consultancy approach to your work<BR>* Commitment to collaborate with ABAP developers, BI, IP, other configurators and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs<BR>* Passion for being the liaison between                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
