If selected, you will bring knowledge and experience in e-commerce, specifically cart and checkout processes, a wide range of development methodologies and analysis methods, including experience with various Agile methodologies. Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>If you&#39;re our next Senior Business Systems Analyst, here&#39;s what you&#39;d be responsible for:<BR>* Participate in scoping and solutioning new business problems using your knowledge and experience with checkout/order capture to identify the best solution and developing resource and cost estimates based on your experience<BR>* Drive the overall business and systems analysis with programs or releases as assigned, working with other agile team members while also contributing individually to achieve results<BR>* Lead requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and using the system under analysis<BR>* Successfully elicit all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)<BR>* Identify all impacts to business process and systems through impact analysis of new requirements and solution designs<BR>* Create key artifacts including use cases, user stories, functional specifications, security role matrices, user acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications<BR>* Develop a work plan and execute against the plan to meet all commitments<BR>* Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Managers to implement the agreed upon vision.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>To make it clear, we&#39;re not looking for just anyo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
