               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Senior Demand Planner<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00079621<BR>As a North America Apparel Senior Demand Planner, you&#39;ll provide information, analysis and recommendations to drive planning decisions through all phases of the category game plan. You&#39;ll provide information to and work collaboratively with the category team, including sales, merchandising, and finance to define targets and manage to those targets, adjusting as the business either outperforms or underperforms. You will be supported by a strong inventory and purchasing team to ensure that your plans are executed on and brought to the market. <BR><BR>In order to plan the business accurately, you will have access to and utilize advanced forecasting techniques and tools in order to analyze market and product trends leading to forecasts and long range plans that take into consideration the most recent and most relevant information available. You&#39;ll determine forecasts based on merchandising assortment plans and historical trends, keeping in mind inventory profitability goals and leveraging the planning calendar timelines, ensuring data integrity and continually improving forecast accuracy. <BR><BR>Finally, as part of a large and diverse North America Demand Planning and Inventory Management team, you&#39;ll have the opportunity to lead, coach, mentor and train other planners. You&#39;ll help lead cross-functional and category summits, meetings and presentations. In addition, you&#39;ll provide technical process and systems expertise to others and will participate in special projects as directed.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business or related field<BR>* Minimum of 5 years&#39; work experience in a forecast, buy, capacity or demand planning role<BR>* 2 additional years&#39; work experience in lieu of a degree<BR>* Strong written and verbal communication skills<BR>* Desire to innovate and embrace change<BR>* Experience with forecasting, buying and inventory planning and control processes<BR>* Proficiency with MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets<BR>* Strong analytical and problem solving skills <BR>* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills<BR>* Demonstrated experience influencing people and teams<BR>* Experience in a wholesale apparel, footwear or equipment organization is preferred<BR>* Experience with SAP, JBA or other advanced planning systems is a plus<BR>* Retail buying, financial forecasting and demand planning experience preferred.<BR><BR><BR>Job: Distribution & Logistics                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
