<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Senior Digital Producer<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00080099<BR>As Senior Digital Producer for Global Digital Commerce Site Experience, Direct to Consumer (DTC), you'll manage all aspects of assigned projects and related production processes to effectively execute on timelines, budgets, and business needs. Assigned projects may range from Nike.com seasonal initiative content production, non-initiative site content production such as product photography and size information, and operational improvement projects such as uncovering new channels of obtaining product information from Nike matrix partners. You'll leverage project management best practices to accurately scope and budget projects, drive project schedules and communications, facilitate meetings, and execute on deliverables. You'll collaborate with Merchandisers and the Creative team to ensure content meets quality standards, business expectations, and consumer needs. Youmaintain all project documentation and specifications for integration into our evolving Digital Commerce standards. In addition, working in conjunction with the Executive Producer and Operations Director, you'll contribute to long-term planning and process evolvement to support Global, Geography partner and Brand goals.<BR>Responsibilities include (but not limited to):<BR>* Intake seasonal content project briefs from the Merchandising team. Assess project scope, assign project team, and develop schedule and budget.<BR>* Partner with the Creative team and to deliver creative solutions to the Merchandising team<BR>* Communicate status of projects to all stakeholders regularly and track stakeholder feedback<BR>* Set expectations for project scope, monitoring and tracking to schedule and budget<BR>* Partner with Marketing team to include SEO in final published content<BR>* Assist the development and documentation of Digital Commerce standards and best practices to streamline operations, communication, and appropriate use guidelines of the new Nike.com (content module naming conventions, page types, etc.)<BR>* Manage projects to develop new CQ templates based on merchandising needs<BR>* Track and organize all creative assets and contribute to the development of an asset management system<BR>* Assist in the development of GDC Game Plan<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Design or a related field<BR>* Minimum of 5 years' directly relevant work experience<BR>* Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts in process models as needed<BR>* Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior managers<BR>* Experience building relationships, interacting with all levels of leadership and understanding and valuing cultural differences<BR>* Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management<BR>* Demonstrated project managemen </font></td>
