               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***Registration in iMatchSkills   required for referral to this position***        QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will have:  * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting  * 5 Years Financial Analysts Experience  * CPA Certification   * Strong, hands-on accounting experience using integrated business systems and/or ERP packages  * Skill to conduct in-depth financial research and communicate financial information at all levels of an organization  * Strong, working knowledge of GAAP  * Able to handle multiple projects concurrently  * Prior accounting related experience using integrated business systems and/or ERP packages   * Prior experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control improvements also helpful    PREFERRED:  * Strong MS Excel and Windows based application skills, MS Access experience preferred    RESPONSIBILITIES:   * Prepare standard monthly financial reporting for our parent company  * Serve as a primary contact to the parent company for variance reporting and ad hoc analyses requests  * Monthly closing process, including detailed P& L analysis, and associated research  * Provide strong support and leadership to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial and strategic planning processes  * Document accounting processes and procedures  * Serve as a financial partner with operations staff and executive management  * Participate on cross-functional process improvement teams  * Cross-training and back-up for other financial staff  * Other duties as assigned  * Some overnight travel    Employer Comments:  Strong team and customer (internal and external) service orientation.
