<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Senior Financial Operations Analyst<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00078769<BR>As our Senior Financial Operations Analyst in the Nike Technology Solution Delivery Business Planning & Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the budget, forecast and monthly close activities for complex department and portfolio financials in partnership with the senior leader of the organization. In addition you will work with cross-functional departments like Finance, Accounting and Procurement. Your primary responsibilities will include:<BR>* Developing annual budget (may consist of multiple cost centers)<BR>* Execute monthly forecast by working closely with department leadership and project managers<BR>* Perform hands on month end close activities like accruals, re-class for multiple cost centers<BR>* Establish process to maintain robust headcount plan of 400 full time and temporary employees across multiple projects to effectively manage cost center budgets<BR>* Leading preparation and review of timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against budget, forecast, and to support financial decisions; actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses<BR>* Perform analysis that aids in the decision making process and helps drive operational expense reduction which will require thorough data analysis and scenario planning<BR>* Partner with cross functional team of accountants for month end close and finance analyst to share best practices and drive standard financial operating practices<BR>* Collaborate with other Sr. Financial Operations Analyst in Solution Delivery Business Planning & Operations to adopt best-practices in support of advancing our mission of financial excellence<BR><BR>Doing all this requires a unique individual, someone who brings tremendous energy and passion to the business and enjoys the challenge (and nuances) of managing the financials of a multi-million dollar business. Success will depend on your ability to quickly form partnerships with cross-functional teams of managers, project managers, accountants & financial analysts; and prove your ability to provide value-add analysis and guidance. <BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>? Bachelor's degree in a Business related field with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics<BR>? 3 years experience managing over $50M operating budget, financial analysis, P&L management<BR>? Experience with IT budgets, IT projects and project financials (pay-to-play funding models especially)<BR>? Advance Excel skill, experience with SAP, and project time tracking system<BR>? Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally,<BR>? Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities<BR>?
