This position schedules and coordinates all project activities with internal departments, external vendors and clients to ensure the client installation process is completed on time and in accordance with client requirements. <BR><BR>Job Functions and Responsibilities: <BR>· Act as primary project contact for clients, internal groups and external resources<BR>· Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders <BR>· Develop project plans/timelines, task lists as necessary and update plans accordingly<BR>· Work with client to determine parameter settings and key parameters into proprietary databases<BR>· Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with client requirements<BR>· Develop and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines<BR>· Maintain accurate and complete project documentation<BR>· Provide after hours support for client implementations<BR>· Work with project teams to ensure internal project milestones are managed and tracked<BR>· Maintain consistent standards for project status reporting for internal and external purposes<BR>· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing excellent support and service to all clients assigned<BR>· Provide training and support for team members<BR>· Manage project deliverables as well as performing project tasks required to successfully bring clients live<BR>· Promote a team atmosphere<BR>· Ability to embrace change and flexibility<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>· Bachelors degree preferred, HS diploma/GED required <BR>· Four years work experience in an implementations/installations capacity or environment or equivalent experience<BR>· Previous client services/relationships and hands on project management experience<BR>· Proficient computer skills including MS-Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word, One Note, Visio and reporting tools)<BR>· Strong organization and time management skills<BR>· Strong customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure<BR>· Strong attention to detail<BR>· Solid project management knowledge including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, issues and tasks in a fast paced environment<BR>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>· Ability to interact and communicate within all levels of client organizations<BR>· Strong sense of ac </font></td>
