You will offer exceptional talent in this area of expertise, while demonstrating your aptitude to collaborate across a broad range of disciplines, including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing, Brand Design. You will be a proactive team member, who can react quickly and positively to game changing observations throughout the product development process; committed to delivering ground breaking digital products of the utmost quality, while contributing to an open and respectful work culture. Whether you&#39;re establishing the interaction principles that will drive consistency throughout all of our Nike products or sweating every last pixel and corner case, you&#39;ll be essential to our success.<BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities include:<BR><BR>?  Drive all product interaction activities, inc. key contributor of creative, mentoring Interaction Design staff and managing external resources, as necessary. <BR>?  Accountable for planning and executing design process/schedule.<BR>?  Collaboration with various internal and external resources to gain consumer insights and identify experience opportunities.<BR>?  Synthesis of data from multiple sources, providing structure and clarity of thought, identifying strong opportunities and concepts, and driving decision making.<BR>?  Leading the generation of product interface concepts that deliver compelling functional and experiential solutions.<BR>?  Owning the development of interaction concepts through to final design intent, while collaborating with Engineering and Experience teams to ensure feasibility and relevancy to target athletes&#39; needs and Nike business goals.<BR>?  Shepherding design specification through the implementation process, ensuring that the final product delivers on aesthetic and functional intent.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>?  Bachelor&#39;s degree in Design, UI Design, computer-related design or another related field<BR>?  8 years&#39; experience in a product creation role<BR>?  An advanced degree may be acceptable in lieu of 1 year of experience<BR>?  Professional use and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash<BR>?  Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Apple iWork applications<BR>?  Familiarity with Apple iMovie, Final Cut Pro or Express, or similar applications<BR>?  Knowledgeable about the latest hardware and software, professional- and consumer-level UI conventions, trends and developments<BR>?  Thorough familiarity with the latest conventions of User Interface Design for computer platforms (OS X, Windows 7,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
