               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Senior Interface Analyst - EPIC<BR>Location: Portland, OR<BR>KP HealthConnect is a multi-billion dollar integrated clinical and administrative information system that is being deployed across all KP regions. KP HealthConnect will enable us to leverage the power of our integrated delivery system to be the solution in health care that is patient-centered, safe equitable, accessible, and affordable. In order to achieve this vision, every region must fully optimize the use of this system. The mission of the KP HealthConnect Operations Department is to optimize the use of the system across the Region in order to achieve high priority goals in clinical care and business outcomes. The department does this through diligent and conscientious attention to user needs, through partnerships with National and Epic Systems in the continued development and enhancement of the system, through partnerships in the Region with NWP, IT, and the Labor Management Partnership, and by applying medical systems to meet problem-oriented and opportunity-driven objectives.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR>- Manage complex Epic and circle of support integration issues and critical support/enhancements issues in the KP HealthConnect (EPIC) systems.<BR>- Responsibilities include maintenance (routine requests), incidents, testing activities and guiding lower-level teammates.<BR>- This includes working closely with Application Analysts, Operations, Epic and our IT partners to triage, diagnosis and resolve all interface production support issues to the satisfaction of our customers.<BR>- Lead the configuration of new interfaces and enhancements to existing interfaces for Epic applications and their corresponding ancillary systems.<BR>- Direct and plan relevant workflow/dataflow sessions and manage resulting requirements changes with senior business sponsors.<BR>- Coordinate solutions and planning with other IT team such as Middleware. Collaborate with Application Analysts, IT and Operational areas to identify and resolve workflow impacts.<BR>- Occasional training of end users for Bridges end user tools.<BR>- Troubleshoots technical problems and conducts analyses for efficient program/application solutions which support client business processes, functional and technical requirements.<BR>- Consultant for integration solutions and architecture.<BR>- Collaborate with work teams, departments, regional leadership, clinicians, staff, and information technology to define needs and facilitate solutions.<BR>- Provides input to estimate work effort and resource requirements for SOWs.<BR>Qualifications:<BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>- Four (4) years of experience in health care, information systems/management, business, or library science.<BR>- Experience on at least two (2) major system Implementation (go lives).<BR>- Three (3) years of experience using at least one of the Epic suite of application products or completion of Epic certification in an application(s), preferred.<BR>- Five (5) years of experience at Kaiser Permanente, preferred.<BR>- Experien                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
