Working in Nike&#39;s Consumer Digital Technology organization will be rewarding, it will be challenging, and it will most definitely not be just another job.<BR><BR><BR>As our Senior Java Application Engineer, you will bring a broad experience of successfully ideating and delivering value that enables Nike to increase productivity, realize efficiencies and build profitable customer experiences as it relates to our NikeiD digital experience from a front end consuming facing application perspective . Interest and experience in the latest methodologies goes a long way here and we&#39;re looking for people who are passionate about the world of value-driven solution delivery. You&#39;ll get to work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting collaboration and innovation.<BR><BR>To be considered, you&#39;ll bring the following:<BR>* Participate in the design work, direction, and suggest solution recommendations as it relates to the NikeiD product applications<BR>* Collaboration with other cross domain technical teams to ensure that all technical trade-offs are aligned with business needs<BR>* Experience with multiple development languages and ability to write clean, eloquent, minimal code in a load-balanced environment to achieve value added business outcomes<BR>* Ability to efficiently and effectively apply lo-fi, mid-fi and high-fi prototyping techniques to promote requirements understanding, minimize rework and build trust in solutions with customers and end users<BR>* Comfortable designing and developing Object Oriented, multi-tier applications in a complex architectural landscape which includes a strong SAP footprint<BR>* Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months)<BR>* Capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying the build process through use of build and integration tools<BR>* Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills<BR>* S                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
