If you're the one, here's what you'd be responsible for:<BR><BR>As a Senior Application Engineer within Nike's Direct to Consumer Global Store Solutions team, you'll play a key role in the support and innovation of systems that enable our business partners to achieve their strategic objectives. The Global Store Solutions group is currently responsible for systems in multiple countries with a combined retail store count of over 350 across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. You'll work with both local and globally distributed resources to deliver regional, statutory, and country specific technology solutions. You'll be working in global engineering team, partnering closely with other teams like Business Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, Store Support and Architecture to deliver solutions. You'll have the opportunity to lead small and mid-sized projects, working closely with vendors, offshore development and our external partners.<BR><BR>You will also be working on improving the best practices and processes for the engineering team and help bring various innovation ideas to fruition. You will also be responsible for monitoring and working on the day to day KLO activities for the team. <BR><BR>To be considered, you'll bring the following:<BR>* Diverse experience in either utilizing the Microsoft .Net Framework and Visual Studio suite of development tools OR a wide array of Java tools in business, Web, and client-server environments<BR>* Ability to write clean, eloquent, minimal code to achieve value added business outcomes<BR>* Expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, and Classic design patterns<BR>* Technically capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying the source code maintenance and build process through use of tools<BR>* Experience in integration tools<BR>* Comfortable designing and developing Object Oriented, mult </font></td>
