<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Senior Program Manager - Nike Global Product Licensing<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00076779<BR>As the Senior Program Manager for Nike Global Product Licensing, you will be a key member of our Governance team. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of processes and policies to manage external licensee partners and facilitate their work with Nike. Nike GPL is an entrepreneurial center of excellence that manages all external Nike brand licensees. With our partners, we create and bring to market primarily Apparel and Equipment for all Nike Categories, globally.<BR><BR>? You will drive licensing alignment through brand stewardship and governance in order to help achieve responsible growth and profitability for Nike and our licensee partners.<BR>? You will build training and education tools, direct and define meeting goals and create connections between external businesses and Nike aimed at improving our licensees capabilities and elevating their use of the Nike brand. You will develop and execute organizational transition strategy to drive adoption of new business capabilities across our licensee's product creation and sourcing & manufacturing functions.<BR>? You will be responsible for remediation and problem solving with any partners that do not comply with Nike's rules and expectations.<BR>? You will work closely with the Sustainable Manufacturing and Sourcing group to facilitate our partner's adherence to and understanding of all Nike compliance standards.<BR>? You will connect our licensee partners with the Operations leadership team to facilitate the review and approval of Licensee supply chain strategies and insure compliance with overall Nike efficiency/risk management goals.<BR>? You will be the primary liaison between Nike, our licensed partners and the NikeTechnology teams that manage our various product file systems. You will work closely with the Product management team to provide understanding of the system requirements across the entire supply chain.<BR>? You will get exposure to multiple business models, product types, consumer categories and a wide section of product creation responsibilities.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>? Bachelors' degree.<BR>? Minimum 5 years directly relevant work experience.<BR>? Experience in product licensing or product management highly preferred.<BR>? Confident knowledge of Nike and the respective consumer culture.<BR>? Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation skills.<BR>? Ability to manage high-level discussions between senior Nike leaders and external partners.<BR>? Ability to quickly understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.<BR>? High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create new business processes where none exist.<BR>? Must be a proactive self starter, able to wear multiple functional hats.<BR>?
