Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>The Enterprise Financial Solutions (EFS) team provides technology and process support for Nike&#39;s Financial Planning, Controlling, Treasury, and Trade organizations around the globe. As a part of this team you will help execute and drive the various finance portfolio initiatives across SAP and other 3rdparty platforms. You will work and interact directly with several teams across Nike including Tax, Treasury, Trading Company, and multiple geographies while providing leadership and collaboration with the various enabling functions. The EFS team needs a strong Senior Project Manager who will bring a broad experience of successful, high quality, on time/on budget delivery of process and technical projects ranging from medium to large scale. Attention to detail, multitasking, strong communication skills across a global community are a definite must, as well as experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodology. <BR><BR>To be considered, you&#39;ll bring the following:<BR>* Demonstrated expertise in defining and creating project goals, scope, approach, and overall project task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks and milestones<BR>* Demonstrated ability to ensure Cost, Schedule, and Performance are maintained<BR>* Ability to accurately budget, forecast, and track actuals and present back to Senior Management<BR>* Ability to understand Cap-Ex vs. Op-Ex components and P&L impact<BR>* Successful management experience with strategy, risk, issue, communications, and other supporting plans such as training, resource, strength-weakness-opportunities-threats (SWOT) analysis, and trade-off analysis<BR>* Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months)<BR>* Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment<BR>* Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills including an ability to clearly comm                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
