               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Business Title Senior QA Lead<BR>Requisition No. 63567BR<BR>Category Tech - Quality Assurance<BR>Subsidiary eBay<BR>Position Area US - Oregon - Portland<BR>Position Location Portland Oregon<BR>Shift Day<BR>Primary Job Responsibilities <BR><BR><BR>* Work with engineers, team leads, and managers to help develop innovative testing solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to testing goals and principles.<BR><BR>* Be able to estimate testing effort, prioritize assignments as well as to plan implementations.<BR><BR>* Help to implement and articulate testing strategies, test automation and test engineering technologies.<BR><BR>* Execute, analyze, and document test results, and work closely with developers to isolate and reproduce defects.<BR><BR>* Participate in test design and test systems architecture discussions, propose and discuss solutions to system and product changes.<BR><BR>* Develop test plans test cases & test tools, and work with the development and other QA teams to ensure standard QA processes are followed, including usage of Test Case management systems and Testing frameworks.<BR><BR><BR>Job Requirements <BR><BR><BR>* Strong work ethic &ndash; someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and being proactive.<BR><BR>* Self-starter / demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement.<BR><BR>* Strong debugging / problem resolution skills, and ability to multitask and handle multiple time critical issues / projects simultaneously.<BR><BR>* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.<BR><BR>* Background in software development and testing is required.<BR><BR>* Planning skills to design test plans and test cases for larger multi-component products across multiple resources and parallel development tracks.<BR><BR>* Experience with iOS required.<BR><BR>* Experience in Agile Testing practices is a plus.<BR><BR><BR>Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
