Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>As a release manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the release management process for all technology releases in Digital Technology.  Core responsible include:<BR><BR>* Provide the framework and governance to facilitate the delivery of technology change events<BR>* Manage processes to mitigate deployment risk through planning, scheduling, and tracking the portfolio of scheduled change<BR>* Manage and refine the Change Control Board process in alignment with risk tolerances<BR>* Create and distribute master Digital Technology release calendar<BR>* Drive risk mitigation of cross program/experience interdependencies<BR>* Determine safe landing zones and optimized change pipelines to support the organizations velocity for change<BR>* Chair intake of new test environment request and align with deployment pipeline strategy<BR>* Partner with engineering teams and technology partners to continuously improve release process<BR>* Partner with continuous delivery and build/configuration management teams to achieve efficiencies in the software development lifecycle<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field<BR>* 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years in project or release management and business process improvement<BR>* Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management<BR>* Experience delivering digital or eCommerce technology projects, programs, or releases<BR>* Experience enabling change in a high velocity environment<BR>* Deep understanding of release management processes<BR>* Understanding of environment management, software configuration management<BR>* Past experience implementing software projects into complex production environments<BR>* Experience with Agile software development methodologies<BR>* Experience with business process improvement methods (e.g., Lean) is preferred<BR>* PMP certif                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
