Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>As our Senior Business Systems Analyst within Nike&#39;s Partner Integration team, you&#39;ll play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of systems that enable our business partners to achieve their objectives. The Partner Integration team is currently responsible for Electronic Data Interchange throughout the Nike&#39;s global operations. You&#39;ll be instrumental in creating global business processes and driving requirements definition, solution options analysis, and subsequent stakeholder discussions. You&#39;ll collaborate with Application Engineers and our business partners to develop high-level designs, including data maps and functional specifications for a variety of EDI partners spanning 3PL, Logistics Service Providers and our large retailer base. You&#39;ll facilitate and drive meetings with global participation and work with team members to ensure that the developed solutions meet our business partner&#39;s requirements and expectations. <BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>What We&#39;re Looking For<BR>To make it clear, we&#39;re not looking for just anyone. We&#39;re looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant subject area <BR>* 7 years&#39; experience in a business systems analyst or similar role<BR>* 3 years EDI experience with proficient knowledge of X12 standards<BR>* UNIX, SAP, GIS, Gentran, XML and advanced Excel skills essential<BR>* Supply Chain processes for a global market<BR>* Experience working with off-shore teams<BR>* Experience and knowledge implementing systems using Systems Development Life Cycle and Lean Business practices, including design, testing, implementation and support<BR>* Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders<BR>* Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication of complex topics to a diverse                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
