Our focus is providing lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Nike&#39;s Consumer Digital Technology team is looking for a Senior Web Analytics Engineer who has hands on experience with web analytics and testing products, primarily SiteCatayst and Tealeaf. In this role you will be responsible to perform web analytics tool implementations. You will be responsible for development, integration and support of Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst and Tealeaf. As the subject matter expert in Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst you will work directly with the business users and translate their requirements into Omniture analytic solutions. You will implement and troubleshoot Omniture web analytics tracking code. The technology spans Java/J2EE environments, dynamic and static web pages.<BR>.To be considered, you&#39;ll bring the following:<BR>* Diverse experience from backend distributed Java processing system to the GUI and databases<BR>* Demonstrated ablity to be deeply technical, innovative and know how to deliver resultswilling and able to work at all levels<BR>* Experience with multiple development languages and ability to write clean, eloquent, minimal code in a load-balanced environment to achieve value added business outcomes<BR>* Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months)<BR>* Capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying the build process through use of build and integration tools<BR>* Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills<BR>* Successful track record collaborating with product owners, architects, product managers and business subject matter experts to ensure delivered solutions optimally support the achievement of business outcomes<BR>* Experience managing assignments, reviewing code and processes, implementing meaningful standards and operating procedures.<BR>* Passion for coaching, teaching, mentoring and learning<BR>* Commitment to and hands-on experience in leading/performing t                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
