We plan to work with the latest and greatest technologies such as Tag Management Systems and Big Data. This role will help manage select products with a small team of passionate and talented individuals. To be successful you will need to collaborate with business, operations and engineering teams ensuring we build value add product capabilities. <BR><BR>As our Technical Business Systems Analyst, you&#39;ll bring the following: <BR>* Passion forWeb Analyticsand Testing<BR>* Success in designing and leading requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis<BR>* Adaptability and experience in leading teams to determine appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards<BR>* Successfully elicit all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical) from appropriate suppliers<BR>* Hands on participation and leading cross functional teams of Web Analysts, Operations Analysts and Engineers through small solution delivery projects (4-6 people over a few weeks)<BR>* Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile solution delivery environment<BR>* Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills<BR>* Dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes<BR>* Experience in Lean process improvement efforts<BR>* A consultancy approach to your work<BR>* Commitment to collaborating with architects, engineers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs<BR>* Pa                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
