               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * A 2 year Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field   * At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role providing technical guidance and support  * Computer literacy  * A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record that meets employer's standards   * Willingness to work at heights that can range from 6 ft. - 40 ft. off the ground    PREFERRED:  * A Bachelor's Degree  * Experience in industrial maintenance     JOB DUTIES:  * Work for a globally recognized leader in the manufacturing and servicing of overhead lifting equipment and other lifting devices.  * Be responsible for assisting the Branch / Service Manager and District Management Team with the day-to-day operations of the branch.    * Plan and schedule field labor hours to maximize profitability and productivity.  * Assist technicians with identifying and procuring required parts and materials, maintain positive customer relations, provide technical guidance to customers and technicians, and ensure proper completion of all appropriate documentation.  * Demonstrate effective oral and written English communication skills.  * Pay close attention to detail and manage multiple priorities.  * Drive a company vehicle.    HOURS: Be available to work overtime as needed.
