               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">.REQUIREMENTS:  * High School Diploma or equivalent  * Experience in maintenance work  OR  * Willingness to learn as employer will train  * Valid Class C Driver License to drive company-owned vehicle to work sites  * Skills to use various manual and power hand tools  * Skills to pass the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) Certified Technician I Test after a 90 day probationary period    PREFERRED:  * This employer prefers applicants with a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)  * Computer skills    JOB DUTIES:  * Install, maintain, troubleshoot and test filtration systems  * Ensure that all work is done according to standard practices, company and industry guidelines, and customer specifications  * Maintain appropriate records including complete equipment repair history, work orders, daily job card, vehicle records, test reports and other related data  * Determine sufficient material inventory  * Locate correct replacement parts  * Stock vehicle and regular recording of vehicle inventory of materials, tools and supplies  * Make recommendations and determine quantities and potential work time for proposed upgrades, installations, repairs and projects which assist with proper costing  * Liaison with other consultants, contractors, inspectors, suppliers and other departments on maintenance and project work  * Complete and document work orders prior to submission to supervisor  * Provide written reports on any inspections and / or tests and make recommendations to improve performance  * Maintain clean and orderly conditions in all working areas, including shop, vehicle and customer sites  * Ensure duties are performed in a fiscally responsible manner while observing all safety practices and regulations  * Inspect, fill and stage orders in accurate, thorough and efficient manner in accordance with established Company standards and procedures  * Understand unit of measure   * Inspect merchandise to include checking for shortages and rejecting damaged goods   * Communicate shortages of merchandise through proper channels to ensure accurate billing   * Receive, stock, and re-warehouse merchandise on a daily basis as requested by immediate supervisors   * Prepare product for shipment to include packaging for safe shipping, plus labeling and marking   * Handle stock in a careful and safe manner, be conscious of quality and eliminate damage   * Operate assigned warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) in performing the functions of the job  * Lift air filters into commercial HVAC equipment that weigh up to 40 pounds  * Perform any other duties as required   * Position requires climbing ladders and withstanding rooftop heights  * Position requires occasional periods of working in confined spaces at above or below normal temperatures  * Position requires working at times with very small areas and in areas of public access individually and with others  * Position requires wearing a security badge identification, mask, hard hat, and gloves    LOCATION: Tigard 97224                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
