               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Description:<BR>Individuals in this position will schedule and coordinate the efficient distribution and receipt of products in order satisfy customer demands. They will also be an advocate and championfor maintaining accurate inventory throughout the facility.<BR>Responsibilities/Duties:<BR>* Responsible for cost effective, accurate, efficient and reliable shipping and receiving activites.<BR>* Communicate with shipping carriers and arrange for shipments to meet customer requirements.<BR>* Assure requirements for shippingsecured products are being met.<BR>* Analyze and revise shipment plans as required.<BR>* Gather orders and prepare for shipping.<BR>* Verify materials received are asordered.<BR>* Compare identifying infomration with bills of lading, invoices,orders and other records.<BR>* Assure accurate entries in computer systems and other related records are maintained.<BR>* Route incoming items within the company as directed.<BR>* Cross train for Inventory Control Planner job functions to provide backup support as needed.<BR>* Other duties as needed or assigned by management.<BR>Required Education:<BR>* High school diploma or equifalent.<BR>Required Employment Experience:<BR>* Two or more years of experience with shipping and receiving activites.<BR>Required Skills:<BR>* Excellent communication skills.<BR>* General familiarity and understanding of typical business computer applications, (Word, Excel, Outlook).<BR>* Moderate typing skills.<BR>* Forklift and powered pallet jack certifications.<BR>* Knowledge of UPS World ship and FED EX Power ship systems.<BR>* Work under minimal supervision.<BR>* Quick learner.<BR>Required Abilities:<BR>* Ability to handle multiple projects at once.<BR>* Intermediate lifting up to 50lbs.<BR>* Prolonged walking/standing.<BR>* Working in manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and dust.<BR>* Working around/near machinery and moving equipment.<BR>If you meet the above requirements, please submit your resume toA.Naillon@Westgraph.com.
