<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Site Auditor Assistant - Energy Efficiency<BR>Operations<BR><BR>The Energy Efficiency Assistant Site Auditor will help the lead Energy Efficiency Site Auditor provide professional residential energy efficiency audit and building analysis services that include:<BR>• Conducting blower door, duct blaster, combustion safety and CAZ tests.<BR>• Develop scopes of work that include weatherization and HVAC measures to save energy and improve comfort, health and safety.<BR>• Enter data into software programs and creating reports.<BR>Responsibilities<BR><BR><BR>• Develop a positive relationship with customers to establish rapport and to gather house data and measurements.<BR>• Conduct Home Performance with Energy Star style test in and test out audits, including blower door, duct blaster, infrared camera, combustion safety and CAZ tests.<BR>• Conduct visual site audit taking measurements, gathering data, and taking digital photos.<BR>• Enter test results and site data into software programs to generate reports.<BR>• Test out homes and conduct quality control inspections post job to verify satisfactory work completion.<BR>Requirements<BR><BR>• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a discipline related to construction or building sciences; estimating or site auditing experience is preferred.<BR>• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required in order to prepare documents and interact with customers.<BR>• Ability to understand, read, and comprehend contract documents, plans and specifications; ability to stay organized and maintain project records.<BR>• The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to develop basic formulas typically used and commuted in the construction industry; ability to use formulas to develop spreadsheets as needed and used by SolarCity.<BR>• Strong proficiency with computers and various applications including MS Office and ability to learn SolarCity proprietary software.<BR>• The ability to read plans, specifications, diagrams, equipment submittals, and material data sheets.<BR>• Knowledge of site surveying, construction sequencing, construction methods and materials practices; knowledge of residential electrical systems.<BR>• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.<BR>• Ability to work in attics and crawlspaces safely.<BR>• Familiar with construction change orders.<BR>• Good knowledge of basic residential electrical.<BR>• Some knowledge of basic HVAC installation and code.<BR>• Effectively work with others and to be part of a team.<BR>• Able to lift 50+ lbs<BR>• Valid and active driver’s license with clean driving record.<BR>• All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background, driving, and drug screen.<BR>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required<BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>Preferred<BR><BR>• High School or Trade School degree in </font></td>
