               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Software Developer .NET<BR>&#160;Position Overview<BR>You will work in a small team of developers creating web applications for the nonprofit market. These include applications that manage benefit events and build online communities for their causes. You are expected to work through the full life cycle of the development including requirements analysis, prototyping, design and implementation using agile approaches, test, and deployment.Qualifications<BR>* Proven knowledge of system analysis, software development, and data modeling.<BR>* Developing technical solutions over a wide range of technologies (incl. OO, RDBMS, Web Applications, Client/Server), experience with various programming languages and operating systems. Create system design from high-level requirements. Excellent problem solver.<BR>* Strong experience in use of Microsoft technologies and underlying tools, particularly ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.<BR>* Self-directed and prioritizing work independently. Schedule development reliably.<BR>* Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science<BR>* Minimum of 5 years experience developing software systems. Proven product releases.<BR>* Communicate effectively between technical and service groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Written communication needed to document software projects and/or technical procedures.
