This position could require significant travel.<BR><BR>-Qualified candidates please send an MS Word version of your resume to carol.heard@adeccona.com or call Carol Heard at (503) 535-2588<BR>Responsibilities Include:<BR><BR>**Participate in e-Research Portal solution configuration and implementation; design, configuration, test, and production support and coordination to ensure successful deployment of customer applications.<BR>**Manage client expectations through accurate and timely reporting<BR>**Proactively identify problems and develop problem-solving approaches and resolve conflicts and issues<BR>**Manage scope and activities to achieve client objectives<BR>**Interact daily and develop and sustain productive relationships with client resources at multiple levels<BR>**Provide support for internal business development efforts<BR>**Coach and mentor junior team members, offering feedback and actively looking for opportunities to develop others<BR>**Participate in and lead internal project initiatives and process improvement<BR>**Continue to develop skills through client experiences and by taking advantage of opportunities to attend relevant training sessions, and conferences<BR>**Develop industry and practice knowledge and share expertise with other team members<BR><BR>Job Requirements:<BR><BR>5 years industry experience in implementation of business applications, business process automation or workflow, web-based or client-server or RDBMS related applications.<BR>College degree required. BSCS or similar degree and technical competency in hands-on application development including experience in web site or application configuration, programming (VB & JavaScript, C/C++, Java, ActiveX Windows), and database technologies.<BR>PMI certification or equivalent experience in enterprise project management.<BR>Previous experience developing teams and managing client relationships<BR>Exceptional analytical (qualitative and quantitative), communication, and presentation skills<BR>Experience with business process redesign, strategic and operational assessments<BR>Excellent problem solving, teamwork, client management, and communications skills<BR>Demonstrated technical excellence in programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel<BR>Exceptional leadership, project management, and teamwork skills including time                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
