Trains Warrior Challenge applicants to successfully complete the PST and administers periodic PSTs. Supports NRD recruiting efforts as the Warrior/Challenge SME to identify potential, qualified applicants. Mentors Warrior Challenge candidates through increased awareness and enhanced physical standards, increased Warrior Challenge program knowledge and understanding of Warrior Challenge values and ethos.  Assists in the presentation of Warrior Challenge briefings in schools and other targeted Warrior Challenge events. Gives presentation at DEP meetings to identify potential Warrior Challenge applicants.  Participates in special projects as required.<BR><BR><BR>Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience. Must have completed all training required to serve as a Navy SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver or AIRR.<BR><BR>2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.<BR><BR>Must be a former Navy SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver or AIRR who served in leadership and operational positions in their community while on active duty. Must have first-hand knowledge of the SEAL, SWCC, Diver, EOD and AIRR programs and their complete training pipeline. Requirements are mandatory per the contract, cannot be waived and substitution of other experience is not possible. Must meet Navy height/weight and grooming standards. Must maintain an exemplary level of physical fitness.
