               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">SQL Developer IV - Supply Chain Planning<BR>Location: Corporate - Portland, OR - Headquarters<BR>Requisition Number: 5623<BR># of openings: 1<BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR><BR>General Position Summary:<BR><BR>The primary responsibility of the database developer is the development, testing and implementation of custom software applications and off the shelf technologies. This position will be required to code, test, review, trouble shoot, and document applications using MS development technologies. This position will target an experienced T-SQL/SSIS programmer.<BR><BR>Essential Functions/Responsibilities:<BR><BR>&bull;Develop system enhancements to meet provided business requirements and specifications.<BR>&bull;Review computer system capabilities, work flow and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing architecture.<BR>&bull;Work independently and resolve complex problems with some supervision.<BR>&bull;Recommend, schedule and perform software improvements and updates.<BR>&bull;Develop design documentation and architecture in line with established standards. <BR>&bull;Perform unit testing of all code prior to release.<BR>&bull;Define and plan software releases in accordance with other software applications.<BR>&bull;Conduct studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs.<BR>&bull;Able to separate essential, core functionality and business rules from nonessential, legacy work. <BR>&bull;Participate in design reviews.<BR>&bull;Able to deploy and set up automated builds.<BR>&bull;Perform additional duties as requested.<BR><BR>Specific Job Skills:<BR><BR>&bull;Design, develop and implement database designs from the ground up to stage, modify and load data received from various sources<BR>&bull;Develop and maintain DTS/SSIS packages for ETL tasks<BR>&bull;Develop SQL scripts to process and deliver information<BR>&bull;Employ intermediate to complex stored procedures<BR>&bull;Develop and review SQL code to create stored procedures and suggest improvement to ensure best practices<BR><BR>Experience:<BR><BR>&bull;Bachelor&#39;s degree or the equivalent<BR>&bull;Minimum of 3 years experience SQL Server 2008<BR>&bull;Expert understanding of Transact-SQL programming<BR>&bull;Thorough understanding of SSIS, DTS<BR>&bull;Team Foundation Server<BR>&bull;Familiarity with SSRS<BR>&bull;Windows Server operating systems<BR>&bull;Create stored procedures for and with development group for use in enterprise application<BR>&bull;Modify queries for optimal performance<BR>&bull;Understanding of DBA concepts, .NET technologies and programming<BR>&bull;Ability to modify existing database for greater scalability<BR>&bull;Able to interpret and write technical specifications/documentation<BR>&bull;Familiarity or experience with Informatica a plus<BR><BR>This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities, but constitutes a general definition of the position&#39;s scope and function in the company.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
