<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Sr. Director Business Applications - GTM, Supply Chain, Finance & Compliance<BR>Location: Corporate - Portland, OR - Headquarters<BR>Requisition Number: 5708<BR># of openings: 1<BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR><BR>General Position Summary:<BR>This position is a key management role in the Global Information Services group. It is responsible for management on a Global basis of all our business applications, systems and processes except for our Direct to Consumer (retail stores and E-commerce applications). This includes all business applications, systems and processes for:<BR>* Go-To-Market (GTM) including product innovation, design, development, and commercialization applications (design tools, PLM/PDM, etc); sales and marketing solutions (visual retailing, sales rep tools, B2B customer solutions, etc); and related systems and applications.<BR>* Demand and Supply Chain Planning including our product demand planning and supply planning, raw materials planning solutions and applications (Logility, etc).<BR>* Enterprise Resource Planning including our new SAP ECC application, as well as a couple of legacy solutions: JD Edwards, Sage, and an in-house developed solution in Korea.<BR>* Extended Supply Chain systems and applications connecting Columbia with our outsourced manufacturing and logistics partners around the world.<BR>* Distribution/Warehouse Management applications, including Manhattan and Associates WM and other related solutions (sorters, material handling equipment, etc) that control and operate all our Columbia owned distribution operations in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. <BR>* Financial applications including our new SAP ECC application, as well as a couple of legacy solutions: solutions: JD Edwards, Sage, and an in-house developed solution in Korea.<BR>* Compliance applications around corporate responsibility, quality, and legal operations, etc.<BR>* This suite of business applications supports all of Columbia’s business operations except for our Direct to Consumer solutions, it will require a proven leader who can manage multiple teams that are supporting the current business applications, and to lead this group thru our transformation from our past solutions into new applications across our entire applications landscape. <BR><BR>Essential Functions/Responsibilities:<BR>* Develop an applications and process strategy for the global Columbia business from GTM, thru the entire Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance and Compliance. <BR>* Provide effective communication and partnership with Senior Leadership, Project Sponsors, and multiple Steering Committees<BR>* Manage and coordinate closely the prioritization and scope of all changes considered and moved forward on all these systems and processes. <BR>* Oversee integrated project management plans, manage deadlines and dependencies across concurrent approved project initiatives, and coordinate project team activities<BR>* Define and agree on deliverables and milestones of approved projects and changes<BR>* Set and control scope of multiple approved projects </font></td>
