Will work with global Product Managers to analyze pricing and profitability trends by Product and Region and consult and collaborate with each to improve financial results. Will provide analysis support for EPG New Product Development area and additional analysis and reporting to Director - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and EPG and Corporate management as required.<BR>Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:<BR>• Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis for EPG Global Product Marketing area including active participation in relevant periodic financial reviews (including Great Game of Business). (20%).<BR>• Provide quarterly support as required for budgeting and planning for Products area (including margins) and other support areas of EPG. (10%).<BR>• Develop and deliver monthly analysis on margins for EPG and prepare margin forecasts each quarter. (15%).<BR>• Create processes and tools to support ongoing pricing and margin reviews by product and by customer to improve profitability and margins. (25%).<BR>• Provide reporting and analysis around price realization by region, product, and customer vs. expectation and related trends. (10%).<BR>• Provide monthly and ad hoc report and analysis support for EPG New Product Development area (10%).<BR>• Complete quarter-end external reporting requirements as requested (5%).<BR>• Other ad hoc analysis and reporting as required (5%).<BR>Job Requirements :<BR>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• 4 year college degree required.<BR>• 6+ years of financial analyst or comparable experience.<BR>• MBA or CFA preferred.<BR>• Proficiency in computer business applications and accounting systems including Microsoft Office suite.<BR>• Strong organizational and management skills and the ability to apply analytical skills with attention to detail. <BR>• Strong written and verbal communication skills. <BR>• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. <BR>• Ability to meet multiple reporting deadlines in a fast paced environment. <BR>• Self-starter and proactive in approach. <BR><BR>• Experience with Oracle Applications and Hyperion a plus. </font></td>
