As such, this role calls for someone who is as comfortable using Cognos in a complex, world-class organization as a true Cognos Expert would be. You will lay the foundation that all of the results delivery at Nike will be built upon. You will need to bring a broad experience of successfully ideating and delivering value to enable Nike to increase productivity, realize efficiencies and build profitable customer experiences. Interest and experience in the latest business intelligence methodologies and technologies goes a long way here and we&#39;re looking for people who are passionate about the world of value-driven business intelligence solution delivery. You&#39;ll get to work alongside and lead truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting.<BR>You will be responsible for building reports for both the North American and European Digital Commerce Teams. These reports will include a wide range of information such as, but not limited to, key performance indicators, email file health, and exception based reporting. You will work closely with the Global CRM team to identify business needs and assist in incorporating new data sets into the database environment.<BR>This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent written and verbal communication. The right individual will be on top of online retail trends; understand the intricacies of the Global Digital business-- -- and understand the opportunities that the digital can drive for the Nike brand.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Information Systems, or other relevant subject or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree required<BR>* Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on Retail or Digital Commerce business reporting and analytics required<BR>* Passion for Business Intelligence<BR>* Proven ability to identify, document and propagate reporting standards and best practices required<BR>* Good understanding of data modeling concepts and design considerations required<BR>* Passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams required<BR>* Strong communication and leadership skills required<BR>* Expert SQL skills required<BR>* Strong Excel skills required<BR>* Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience with BI report development: Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects or MicroStrategy required<BR>* 4 years Cognos 8 or 10 Report Studio and Framework Manager experience required<BR>* Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way required<BR>* Abi                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
