<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Sr. Global Product Line Manager - Women%27s Sportswear<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00064319<BR><BR><BR>As one of our Apparel Sr. Product Managers for Sportswear, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing product, consumer and competitive trends in the key global markets for the Category. You will be responsible for gathering key consumer and market insights globally and presenting this feedback at key events. You will be responsible for sharing information to ensure integration between Footwear, Apparel and Equipment. You will propose and draft the line plan for a complete product collection. You will utilize market knowledge and regional input to ensure that there is an agreed line plan that meets the product and financial goals of the regions. You will direct the regional/global agreement of the product attributes, costing, sourcing, delivery and pricing needs of consumers, key markets and channels. You will also execute action plans for regional gaps in the line plan. You will be responsible for managing the product creation process. You will manage the approval process for materials, fit and prototype sign off at head office and in the field at our factories. You will ensure key Gates and Dates in the calendar are met by the Category. You will also manage the product testing action plan and follow up. You will act as the proprietor of category analysis and historical information. You will create presentations to sell-in the product. You will represent the Category team at key product creation meetings. You will also be responsible for executing against style/SKU level to optimize productivity, margin and revenue. You will act as a Team lead for the Product Merchandising group.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>* Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion, Textiles, Marketing, or a related field<BR>* Minimum eight years experience in relevant product-related role, preferably in the Lifestyle apparel market.<BR>* An additional two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree<BR>* Advanced Merchandising skills and thorough understanding of the product process<BR>* Experience of developing product direct at source/ in factories is preferred<BR>* Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math and computer skills<BR>* Creativity and passion for product<BR>* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint<BR>* Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group<BR>* Ability to travel up to 30% of time, including internationally<BR><BR>Job: Merchandising & Product Management </font></td>
